Honda Civic Won't Start No Crank
I replaced the wires and plugs also since it had been a while since that was done. There was no fire at the plugs but the coil had fire, which i thought indicated i would need a new rotor and/or distributor cap.

Did you have spark in the spark plug wires what you can do is take off one of the wires from the spark plug and put a flat screw driver inside the wire and put it close to the metal so the wire gets ground and have some one to crank the engine and you going to see the spark if you.
Check the starter wire and make sure there is power going to it when you try to crank it (black/white wire), if its a manual, and if your getting power to the starter wire, check the clutch switch and make sure its ok, its a basic switch but maybe it came loose or busted off, couple things to check. 1991 honda civic wont start and wont crank. A bad fuel pump, a bad igniter (ignition control module), a bad ignition coil, a busted timing belt and the list goes on. If the pump is priming and all cluster lights/guages come on in key on engine off i would assume your battery is good.
